Paying Your Rent

Rent is payable in advance on the first day of the month. If you are not paying your rent by direct debit but would like to, fill out the form below.

Report a Repair

Emergency repairs

Call our 24/7 helpline number on 0845 60 60 665.

Your call will be dealt with immediately and the repair reported to our contractors. We will deal with the repair as soon as is reasonably possible, although follow-up work may take a little longer.

Non-emergency repairs

Call our 24/7 helpline number on 0845 60 60 665.

Our trained advisers will arrange for the repair to be done within:

  • 7 days for urgent repairs
  • 28 days for routine repairs

Appointments will only be made for internal repairs.

Reporting repairs on-line

Click here to use the Yorkshire Housing  Online Repair Reporting Tool  to report non-emergency repairs. The job will be ordered on the day it is received.

Can you fix it?

Sometimes you can with a few basic checks which could be much quicker than calling us out. Does a fuse need replacing? Has a pilot light gone out? Does the pressure on your boiler need raising? Should a light bulb be replaced? If it’s not something you can deal with, we’re happy to help.

Gas leaks

If you smell gas, call Transco immediately on 0800 111 999
